Jellystone in October

We took the kids to Jellystone for one night to do all their Halloween festivities. We stayed in a cabin this time rather than taking the camper just because it seemed easier since we were only going for one night. It was awesome to have our own bathroom! The kids loved the cabin because it had bunk beds, but it really made me nervous and I now know that we will not be purchasing those anytime soon. They had bounce houses, the arcade(always a hit!), a hayride, a haunted hayride at night, scary maze, and carnival games. The kids had so much fun and it was great to get away, even if it was just for one night. Ashlyn was no longer scared of Yogi Bear. She would smile and point and say "Teddy!" Also, none of the kids were afraid on the hayride(Carson might have been a little nervous). I was surprised since it was scary and they even had chainsaws which are loud.
Love the enthusiam on Carson's face in this picture
pics from the hayride during the day(the not scary one)
Mom trying to be in the picture. Never works too well trying to take a picture of yourself!
Carson's cool tattoo
Mom and Ashlyn on the crazy barrel train ride. Think the driver might have been drinking!
Carson was sitting behind us
and Colton chose to be the caboose
back at the cabing getting bundled up for the nighttime festivities
Carson and Colton waiting for the haunted hayride to begin
Classic picture-me screaming and I love Colton's face!
Ashlyn finally warmed up to Yogi. Last time we went there she would not get within 50 feet of that bear!

and their coats looked great.
Remember when we were out buying for them in September?? I too love that picture of Colton where you, Traci, are screaming. Precious - all of them.

Looks like all had plenty of fun. I am surprised the kids went on the hayride that was haunted. The looks on their faces say it all.

Good pictures - Such a neat place to go and a Hayride too! Glad you were able to stay in a cabin since it was cold!
