Halloween

These are some pictures from Halloween. Caleb came over to play in the morning, in the afternoon we carved pumpkins, and in the evening we had dinner at the neighbor's with a few other families and then all went trick-or-treating. Getting the kids ready this year was like a 3 ring circus. The face painting was a disaster and Ashlyn screamed and cried the entire time I was getting her costume on. Good times:)
The wild trio
The fruit platter I made to take to the neighbor's house. I thought it turned out pretty good:)
Carson helping clean the "guts" out of one of our pumpkins
My little "inja turtle" (as Carson would say)
I thought their costumes turned out pretty good. Carson's face paint didn't last very long though.
Colton doing his best monster impersonation
my little fairy princess!
The group preparing to go trick-or-treating
What a goofball:)
The kids did a lot of running while they were trick-or-treating. I kept trying to explain to them that it was not a race and they weren't going to run out of candy. Poor Ashlyn had trouble keeping up!
The pumpkins we carved. The pictures didn't come out very good, but they looked awesome!
Granny B was able to join us for awhile
Back home and ready to pass out some candy. Our next door neighbor's have an amazing Halloween light show so we had a ton of people coming to our cul-de-sac. They won the town's award for best decorated.

Colton made a great Frankenstein,
Carson is adorable as a "inja" turtle, and Ashlyn is precious as a fairy princess. What wonderful memories to have in years to come.
The fruit tray in the witch's hat
came out great. Good thinking on your part, Traci. It looks like a great Halloween was enjoyed by all.
Wish we could have been there to share it with you. Maybe next year!

All the kids looked great in their Halloween costumes. Tell Colton he was a great monster. He reminded me of several professors I had seen at TTU over the years.Ha

The pumpkins were wonderful. If Mike did them, tell him he did a great job.

Glad you convinced Ashlyn to wear her princess dress! She looks so cute. Colton was really cool with his Frankenstein costume and Carson was the best ninja turtle ever!

The fruit tray was a great idea. You all did a super job on the pumpkins!
