Medieval Times
We took the kids to Medieval Times thanks to a friend of ours that got us some seriously discounted tickets through American Airlines. The tickets are normally ridiculously expensive. It's a dinner show that I knew the boys would enjoy due to the sword fighting knights:) We were running behind schedule leaving the house(as usual!) so tensions were high on the drive there. As we were getting into Grapevine Carson announces from the backseat "I don't have any shoes on!" Great. We then had to stop at Wal-Mart and run in and buy him a pair of flip flops. The whole situation is kind of comical now, but at the time it was less than funny and Mike was furious. We ended up getting there 30 minutes before the show started so it all worked out.

Nice looking flip flops Carson!
Ah yes, I remember the days of young kids and usually running behind. Nerve racking. Glad you all enjoyed the show.
Looks like everyone had a good time at Medieval Times even though it was rough getting there!!Everyone I told about Carson saying he did not have shoes on thought it was funny and had a good laugh. Life can be hectic with three (3) young children; however, you will remember these as the "good ole days."
Looks like a fun time!
Wow! Carson is too funny! Not funny though for mom & dad when running late & pushing to get there on time! Like Art Linkletter used to say, "kids say (or in this particular case "do") the darndest things! What a neat place to go for some family fun!
